How to Request Data Deletion
Email Request Process
- Send an email to contact@adpotters.com
- Use the subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
- Include in your email:
- Your registered email address
- Your Nexus account username or ID (if known)
- Specific data you want deleted (or "all data")
- We will verify your identity and initiate the deletion process
- You will receive confirmation once your request is processed
Verification Process
To protect your privacy, we verify all deletion requests by:
- Confirming the request comes from your registered email address
- Validating account ownership through security questions if needed
- Sending confirmation emails at key stages of the process
What Happens After Deletion
- Immediate Action: Your data is marked for deletion within 24 hours
- Complete Removal: All personal data is permanently deleted from our active systems within 30 days
- Backup Data: Encrypted backups are purged within 90 days
- Confirmation: You receive email confirmation when process is complete
- Platform Access: We revoke all API access tokens with advertising platforms
Note: Some data may be retained where required by law (e.g., financial records for accounting purposes).
